How to troubleshoot product selection errors on your Seaga HY 900/2100 Vending Machine

- Put the machine into service mode
- scroll to diagnostics, hit enter
 
- Scroll up and go to motor and hit enter
 
- Enter the motor that you want to test
 
- This will show you that the motor is the problem
 
 
- Go back to Diagnostic and scroll to Display errors
- If there are any errors try to clear the error
 
- scroll up to clear error and push enter
 
- Go back up to motor test and test the motor without the error
- This might have fixed the problem, it might not have
 
 
 
- If it is still not working turn off the machine
 
- Pull out the row and check the motor
- The harness may have simply disconnected from the machine
 
 
- If the motor itself is the problem remove the tray
- Disconnect the toil by pinching it
 
- Detach the wire harness and the two screws
 
- You can then plug in a new motor
 
 
- Check the Mother board
- See if everything is plugged in correctly to the mother board
 
- If you see anything except wire behind the motherboard that can be a problem
 
- You will have to repair that to fix the motor
 
 
- After each attempt to fix it, check the motor test to see if it is working
 
- After you fix the error, go back to display errors and make sure there are no more errors
- You have to remind the machine that there are no more errors
