- How to troubleshoot an “understock error” (error 4):
- Open the machine door to access the service menu
- Enter the 6-digit passcode (default is “000000”)
- Select “Clear slot error”
- Allow the error log to load. Ensure the 4 is listed for the correct slot.
- Select enter to clear the error from the error log.
- How to troubleshoot an “invalid slot” error:
- In most cases this means the wire harness for that slot’s motor has been disconnected.
- Pull the drawer forward and out to access the wire harness
- Ensure the wire harness is plugged in and tight.
- Close the door and select the slot #. If a price shows, the error is fixed.
