Coin Mechanism Trouble Shooting
- If a machine stops taking money, there is probably an error on the back of the coin mechanism
- See what the sticker says is wrong based off of the flashing light
- Most of the time, it is just a coin jammed into the coin mechanism
- Sometimes a coin in stuck into the main mount for the Coin Mechanism
- just remove it from the machine and shake it until the coin falls out
- Then just remount the Coin Mechanism onto the machine
- If there are no lights on the Coin Mechanism, that means a wire is cut
- You can check the main plug to make sure that the wire is still connected to the main board
- If you unplugged wires while the machine was plugged in, you may have blown the main board
- If that is the case you will have to replace the main board
Bill Validator Trouble Shooting
- Check the Bill Validator light to see why it might not be working according to the sticker
- You might have to build up the memory on the board to make the machine know it can give change
- You do this by putting coins into the machine
- Make sure to put a lot of money into the machine to build up memory of the machine
