How to link 2 rows to create 1 double-wide row on the DVS Duravend and OMNI class vending machines

How to link or unlink rows in a Duravend or OMNI machine:
1. Open machine door
2. Input admin password (default is “000000”)
3. Scroll to “admin/engineering”
4. Find “Linkage slot”
  1. Enter the password “805150”
  2. Click enter to pass the warning.
  3. Query linkages to see what is currently linked.
  4. Click Linkage Slot to link rows
    1. Enter the first slot number to be linked
    2. Enter the 2nd slot to be linked
    3. Cancel out to exit
  5. Query linkages to check that the slots are now linked.
  6. To unlink rows/slots click “linkage slot” again
    1. Enter the first slot number to be unlinked
    2. Enter 0 for the 2nd slot number
    3. Cancel out to exit.
  7. Query linkages to check that the slots are now unlinked.
How to make hardware changes to newly linked rows
1. For newly linked rows remove the divider between rows.
2. Install a “paired coil” that is reversed in it’s spiral direction.
3. On the back of the tray/shelf, reverse the polarity of the motor with the reversed coil to it will turn the opposite direction.
