How to change the product photo while at the machine for OMNI vending machines

  • PLEASE NOTE: Product photos should be a square ratio and no larger than 500x500px. Supported file formats are .jpeg, .png, .jpg.
    1. Plug USB loaded with desired photos into the USB slot on Android computer.
    2. Copy & paste the photo file to the “TcnFolder > ImageGoods” folder
    3. Turn the machine off and back on
    4. Close the door fully (you don’t need to lock it)
    5. Wait for your products to appear on the touchscreen, again.
    6. Log into the vending app’s admin
    7. Go to “Slots Management”
    8. Select the slot of the product you wish to update.
    9. Select the “gallery” button to the right of “Pictures of goods”
    10. Find the image, select it, and press “confirm”
    11. Press “Confirm” at the bottom of the slot screen to save your edits
    12. After updating all images needing to be updated, press back until you see the main shopping screen and verify that the correct image files are now showing for the correct slot.
