Drink Operation for HYYOu900
- How to Take Cover off the Drink on your HY 900
- Unscrew the horn with 2 screws on outside and 2 screws on inside
- If you have to remove a jam or adjust a shim you can remove the lower bracket
- Remove the 2 screws on outside and loosen 3 screws on inside
- This does not work to do any motor adjustment or restock the machine
- Remove the Main Door
- Take out the screws on the edge of the door, and lift the latch like you were reloading it
- The Main Door should just come off
- You now have access to all the motors and switches
- Remove the motors by removing the 7 mm nuts on the motor
- Don’t remove the two nuts on the bracket
- Camel humps are set based off of it is vending bottles or cans
- Cans are 3 deep, bottles are 2 deep
- When a column is sold out you may have to bend the arm back if there is a problem with sold out notifications
- Augers sometime miss a camel hump
- This will make the machine vend multiple items
- You have to make sure the switch is hitting the camel hump
- Pull the switch out and create a gap to bend it back into shape
- Under every column on the left hand wall is a shim
- You will need to adjust everyone individually for the cans and bottles
Drink Operation for HY2100
- In each column is a front shaper to load product
- Some Columns have collars that go into the auger that represent different products
- You might need to purchase different collars to represent different products
- Shims fit into the left and right hand wall
- Each shim is different for different products
- Each manual comes with a table to show you how to configure each column with the product you want to vend
- Back Spacers are mounted to the back of some columns
- Remove Motor by removing the neuro-knobs
- This will also remove the auger
- You can reinstall it by just sliding it back into the hole
- You can remove the plate where products are dispensed
- Remove the neuro-knobs
- This place has a sensor to make sure that products are correctly dispensed
